REFUND POLICY & PURCHASE CONDITIONS


We do not offer refunds or credits based on weather/road and/or snow conditions.

Memberships & programs are non-transferable & non-refundable.

If pass/program insurance has not been purchased, there will be no refunds or credits.

If pass/program insurance has been purchased, refunds or credits may be requested ONLY for serious injury, major medical issues or family relocation.

Medical letter and/or form signed by participant’s doctor for injury/illness onset & incapacity is required. Pictures, scans or other documents of the injury are not accepted. For family relocation, a letter from parent’s or participant’s HR department is required.

Refunds/credits will be pro-rated.

All pass/program applications include a non-refundable $50 administration fee per item.

Lessons/scheduling may change at the Resort’s discretion.

Hockley Valley Resort reserves the right to cancel programs/lessons if minimum registration is not met.

Lessons are often held in less than ideal weather conditions.

We may not be able to change the day or time of a private lesson or program, or participant. A $50 administration fee will apply.

Pass(s) must be returned prior to the refund/credit being processed.

Refund/credit requests & all related documentation MUST be received no later than the last day of the season.

Please Note:

In the event of Government imposed restrictions; such as due to Covid related orders, a credit for the full or  pro-rated amount of your Snow School programs, lessons or season passes will be provided towards the following season, whichever is applicable.

SAFETY ON THE SLOPES / EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY


Hockley Valley Resort Regulations:
LIFT TICKETS REQUIRED
A Hockley Valley Resort lift pass is required when riding the slopes at Hockley Valley Resort. Patrons are not permitted to walk on the slopes without participating in either skiing or snowboarding and bearing a lift ticket or season pass. Although you may want to walk the slopes to help your children learn to ski or board, your safety and the safety of others is our ultimate concern. If you would like to assist your children in learning, we recommend enrolling them in a private lesson or in a 4-week or 8-week lesson program.

NO TOBOGGANING
Tobogganing is prohibited anywhere on Hockley Valley Resort property.

NO ALCOHOL
The possession of alcohol is prohibited outside of licensed areas.

TICKET REMOVAL POLICY
The Alpine Responsibility Code consists of 10 points that when adhered to, creates a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Please take the time to review the Alpine Responsibility Code displayed above.

As part of our Safety Education Program, members of HVR Ski Management/Supervisors have been authorized to remove the Lift Ticket or Season Pass from anyone who fails to adhere to the Alpine Responsibility Code after being warned to do so.

HVR Ski Management/Supervisors have also been authorized to remove a Lift Ticket or Season Pass without warning for the misuse of any Lift or Elevating Device, tampering with any Safety Equipment, any abusive conduct and the consumption of Alcohol or Illegal Drugs.
